- International orders: 8–15 business days
- Remote locations: 15–30 business days

- Express Shipping: $12.99–$19.99
Additional charges may apply for certain remote regions (such as Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico). If applicable, you will be notified via email before shipment.
Shipping Address Policy
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Each order can only be sent to one destination.
If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
For APO/FPO military addresses, we recommend including a backup residential address, as some carriers may have delivery limitations.
Customer Information Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact details.
In some countries, customs authorities may require additional information such as an ID number or tax identification number for clearance or payment verification. If needed, ClearEar will contact you via our official support email.
Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in shipping delays, for which the customer assumes full responsibility.

Shipping Delays & Liability
While ClearEar works to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Our support team will assist you in resolving any delivery issues whenever possible.
Claims & Issue Reporting
If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or has not been delivered, you must report the issue within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Damaged items require photo evidence
- Each claim is reviewed individually
- ClearEar reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund
If a replacement shipment is provided as a courtesy, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
