Do you ship to my country? Is shipping free?

Yes, ClearEar offers free worldwide shipping. Please note that in some remote or hard-to-reach locations, additional fees may apply due to carrier surcharges. If you're unsure whether your location is affected, feel free to contact our support team for clarification.

When will my order be shipped and how long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. If there are any issues with your shipping details (such as an incomplete or incorrect address), we will contact you via email before dispatch. Estimated delivery times: USA & EU: 3–7 business days Other countries / remote areas: 8–25 business days Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and local conditions.

Can I update my shipping information after placing an order?

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at cs@clearear.shop with the correct information. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update it as quickly as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, changes can no longer be made. In that case, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
